返金ポリシー

At Card Neko, all sales are final. Because trading cards are highly collectible and subject to value changes and condition sensitivity, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions:
We will only accept a return or issue a replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item (different product than what you ordered).

  • The product arrived damaged due to our error in packing or shipping.

If you believe your order qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@cardneko.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to):

  • Single trading cards (all conditions and grades)

  • Trading card packs, boxes, and cases

  • All sale items and gift cards

Refunds

If a return/refund is approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval.

European Union Customers

For customers in the EU: due to the nature of trading cards as collectibles, the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply under the exceptions for sealed and collectible goods.
