返金ポリシー
At Card Neko, all sales are final. Because trading cards are highly collectible and subject to value changes and condition sensitivity, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Exceptions:
We will only accept a return or issue a replacement if:

You received the wrong item (different product than what you ordered).

The product arrived damaged due to our error in packing or shipping.
If you believe your order qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@cardneko.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to):

Single trading cards (all conditions and grades)

Trading card packs, boxes, and cases

All sale items and gift cards
Refunds
If a return/refund is approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval.
European Union Customers
For customers in the EU: due to the nature of trading cards as collectibles, the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply under the exceptions for sealed and collectible goods.
